Mechanics - Fumble

The runner clearly fumbles and a scrum begins as both teams fight for the fumble. Given the situation, the officials should have stopped
the clock once we could not easily identify which team had the ball initially. Once the ball was located and the decision was made,
we need to secure the ball and not allow a player to leave the pile with the ball, holding it over his head. It is important that the official that
"digs" in the pile does not allow the ball to leave the pile once the official determines the team that is in possession
