SSOA officials please notify your Regional Supervisor Of Officials of any disqualifications or ejections during the season. Submitting disqualification/ejection information to your Regional Supervisor Of Officials DOES NOT satisfy the requirement of submitting a disqualification/ejection report to the NCHSAA in DragonFly.

THE DISQUALIFICATION/EJECTION FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED IN DRAGONFLY TO THE NCHSAA WITHIN 24 HOURS OR ONE WORKING DAY FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE GAME. In accordance with NCHSAA HANDBOOK policy, a fine of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) will be imposed for failure to submit this report to the NCHSAA by the deadline.
