Please note: Your pass will not become active until ALL eligibility criteria is completed below:

- Registration Completed and payment received
- Background Check permission granted by the official
- Scrimmages Attended
- Local Clinics Attended
- State Rules Clinic Attended (Be sure to submit your attestation form upon completing viewing of the state clinic)
- NFHS Exam score of 75 or better
