Please remember you are required to:

Attend the NCHSAA State Volleyball Rules Clinic (ONLINE)

Attend the SSOA Volleyball All Officials Clinic

Attend a minimum of 12 hours of rules clinics.

Work a minimum of 6 hours of scrimmages.

Score a minimum of 75 on the NFHS exam to be eligible to officiate NCHSAA contests.

Score a minimum of 80 on the NFHS exam to be eligible to officiate the playoffs.

Clinic Instructions:

1. Officials must attend ALL the clinics below unless specifically noted.

2. Please plan to arrive at the clinics at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and be seated before the clinic starts to receive credit.

3. Please bring your rule books, paper, and pencil/pen with you to all clinics.

4. Please be sure to read all rules and casebook plays that pertain to the clinic.

5. Turn your cell phone off or leave it in your car.

The 2024-25 NCHSAA Volleyball State Rules Clinic is ONLINE this year.
The state clinic opens on July 8, 2024.
